Local businessman Paul O’Neil’s number certainly came up when he won an GP14 Class Racing Boat in a UK-wide raffle. Having collected his prize down in Birmingham, Paul was desperate to get the boat on the water, and duly launched it recently down at Castle Semple where he is the sailing club Commodore.
